Konstantinos Katsoulis is a graduate of the School of Veterinary Medicine of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a PhD from the same School. He is also a graduate of the Department of Chemical Engineering of the School of Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a Master’s degree from the same department.

He is an Assistant Professor in the Laboratory of Animal Science and Nutrition, was the scientific director of two research programs and participated as a member (researcher) in several research programs. His published work includes articles in peer-reviewed journals, book chapters, and abstracts at international or national conferences.
