Dr. Andreas Souliotis is a food safety consultant with many years of experience in supporting food, catering and processing businesses.

He specializes in HACCP, ISO 22000, food certifications, product labeling and legislative compliance at the Greek and European level. He has contributed to the development of new foods and innovative products, while he has substantial experience in the compliance of food production units and packaging materials with the requirements of EFET and European regulations.

With a leading presence in the field, he guides businesses step by step in preparing for audits and certifications by accredited bodies, helping them achieve the highest standards of food quality, safety and legality.
