Dr. Andreas Souliotis is a food safety consultant with many years of experience in supporting food, catering and processing businesses.

He has contributed to the development of new foods and innovative products, while he has substantial experience in the compliance of food production units and packaging materials with the requirements of EFET and European regulations.
